Meet CJ Halladay

CJ Halladay has been a full time Realtor Broker on Kaua‘i since 2001. With more than 25 years of experience and over 300 successful transactions, he offers clients rare depth of knowledge and expertise across the island’s real estate market.

In addition to representing buyers and sellers, CJ has personally developed, remodeled, subdivided, and CPR’d his own properties. This hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges his clients face, allowing him to provide thoughtful, informed guidance and carefully structure transactions that protect their interests.

CJ brings comprehensive knowledge of real estate marketing, market trends, real estate law, zoning and land use, development, and the full escrow process. His long-time residency on Kaua‘i and strong ties to the community further strengthen his ability to serve clients with insight, care, and local perspective.

He currently serves as a Director on the Kaua‘i Board of Realtors, contributing to policies and standards that support the profession and the island community.
