Born on Kauai and raised on Oahu, Milo Spindt brings together deep island roots and a broad, national real estate perspective. After attending the University of Oregon, where he studied business, psychology, and fine arts, he returned to real estate with a strong understanding of people, markets, and design.
Licensed since 2001, Milo offers more than two decades of experience across residential sales, investment property, commercial real estate, land and property management, and housing development. His path began at age 23 with the purchase of his first condo, an experience that sparked a lifelong commitment to ownership, wealth building, and helping others navigate one of life’s most meaningful financial decisions.
Having worked in both mainland and Hawai‘i markets, Milo provides clients with a wide strategic lens grounded in local expertise. He has served in leadership roles throughout the industry, including 2023 President of the Kauai Board of Realtors and 2026 First Vice President of the Hawaii Association of Realtors. Known among his peers as a trusted resource, he is often sought out for guidance, insight, and mentorship.
At the heart of his work is a belief that real estate is about more than transactions. It is about families, legacy, and community. Whether advising first time buyers, seasoned investors, or developers, Milo leads with integrity, thoughtful strategy, and a long-term perspective.
Outside of real estate, Milo enjoys hiking, paddling canoe, and traveling with his family, always returning home with a deeper appreciation for Hawai‘i and the people who make it special.
